Refund policy
Our 14-day returns policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used in any way, must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at pliplacalzature@gmail.com. Once your return request has been approved, the items must be shipped to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at the charge of the CUSTOMER.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made-to-order and custom-made items (such as special orders or personalised products) cannot be returned. If you have any questions or doubts about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us so that we can arrange the return of the received item and, once the return has been accepted, the shipment of the replacement item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all original tags and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
