Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Calzature Pli-Pla may not be able to accommodate requests to cancel an order after acceptance. In case of rejection, modification or cancellation of an order, we will notify you by contacting you at the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the products have been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Calzature Pli-Pla is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Calzature Pli-Pla. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Calzature Pli-Pla, including any injury, damages or losses arising from your purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising out of or relating to purchases and transactions you make with Calzature Pli-Pla.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that failure to promptly notify you will not release you from your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by such failure.
