Delivery

Calzature Pli-Pla delivers throughout Italy and Europe.
Orders can be shipped to the customer’s specified address, or collected free of charge at our store.

Delivery within Italy is generally made within 2 business days from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is typically made within 3 business days from availability of the goods.
In case of temporary unavailability, you will be contacted via email — delivery may require additional time or the order may be cancelled.

Delivery times within Europe vary depending on the destination area, but are generally completed within 5 business daysfrom the moment the goods are handed over to the courier.

If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control within 30 days from the date the order becomes available for dispatch, we will consider the contract terminated and the goods will not be reimbursed.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly stated at the time the order is placed.
